How old do I have to be to join?
You need to be 21 or older.
When do my benefits start?
Your benefits begin once you’ve purchased your first club shipment.
Do I need to be there in person to use the tasting benefits?
Yes. The complimentary tastings and experiences are for the member in person, so you’ll need to be present to redeem them.
How does payment work?
We charge the card on file automatically before each shipment goes out.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. Membership runs for a minimum of three shipments, then continues on an ongoing basis until you cancel.
What happens if I cancel before three shipments?
Cancelling before your third shipment is complete means a cancellation fee applies.
Can I customize what’s in my shipment?
Yes, as long as you make your changes before that shipment is charged.
How do I change my shipping address?
Update it before your next shipment is charged and it’ll apply to that order.
Who covers fees for returned shipments or address changes?
Those are the member’s responsibility.
How long will you hold my wine for pickup?
We’ll hold your shipment at the winery for 60 days after your payment is processed. After 60 days, we’ll ship it to the address on file and charge shipping to the card on file.
