Introducing our 2025 Alcohol-Removed Sparkling Albariño! Bright and aromatic, this wine opens with fresh citrus, green apple, white peach, and subtle minerality. Katy’s winemaking preserves the delicate fruit and refreshing structure, and an infusion of organic herbs and botanicals adds complexity.
To enjoy, simply book a tasting reservation and ask your wine educator for this special flight.
Signature Tasting
$45 – $65 per person
Choose the tasting that suits your mood: the Elements (4 wines, relaxed introduction to Anaba) or the Legacy (5 wines, a deeper dive). Both are guided by a experienced host inside the Vintners House. No need to decide before you arrive.

Seasonal Food & Wine Pairing
$65 per person | $35 for club members
A selection of three Anaba wines, each served with seasonal small bites crafted by our Estate Chef to complement every pour. Our menu refreshes every quarterly to reflect what’s growing nearby.

Pinnacle of Pinot
$65 per person
Explore our highly rated single-vineyard Pinot Noirs and the nuances of Sonoma terroir. This curated flight celebrates our grower relationships, from storied estate sites to small-scale farmers with a deep respect for the land.
Pizza, Pinot & Bocce
$125 per person
Claim the court and settle in. Your reservation includes a flight of single-vineyard Pinot Noirs, wood-fired pizza, and a seasonal salad, all enjoyed courtside. Popular with groups of four or more who want to combine great wine with a little friendly competition.
Book Early and Save with First Flights
Join us for a quieter, more relaxed mid-week tasting experience. Enjoy special pricing on our Elements Flight or Sparkling Non-Alc Tasting, available for $25, when you book your visit before 12:00 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
Weekend Brunch Board

Add to any Saturday or Sunday visit — fried chicken & waffles, seasonal fruit, sausage, frittata, and house baked goods. Serves 2–3 guests.
Pickleball & Wine Tasting
$65 per person
Serve then Sip! Enjoy one hour of playing time on our private pickleball court, overlooking the Picpoul Blanc vineyard, followed by an Elements Wine Tasting flight (including a welcome splash and four Anaba wines). Paddles provided during your playing time, if needed.

Winery Tour & Tasting
$75 per person
A guided tour of our state-of-the-art winery — built in 2019 and powered by wind and solar — followed by a full tasting flight. Visit the tank room and barrel room as our cellar team tends to the wines. Every day in the cellar is different.
